Where we ship
We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- In total, most orders arrive within 9 to 18 business days after you order.
Christmas orders
Order by November 27 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after this date are still shipped, but we can't promise delivery before the holidays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and duties
Prices shown include all applicable taxes and duties for EU deliveries. You will not be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days or tracking shows a problem, contact us at lumorial.shop@gmail.com and we will help you, including a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.

14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you can cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at lumorial.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, the cost of sending it back is paid by you.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal rights under EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof that you have sent it), we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We will let you know as soon as your refund has been issued.
