1. About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases from the Lumora online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
2. Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may show items in a styled setting; the contents of each product are described on its product page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was shown incorrectly; if so, we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping
Shipping details, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Product safety
Please read the age recommendations and warnings on each product page. Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
8. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, as required by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable.
9. Privacy

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
