Where we ship
We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy holiday periods or due to customs or carrier delays.

Christmas orders
If you want your order to arrive before the holidays (for example, an advent calendar before December 1), please order as early as possible.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs and duties
Prices shown include all applicable taxes and duties for EU deliveries. You will not be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days or tracking shows a problem, contact us at dominykasbykovas5@gmail.com and we will help you, including a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
