14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you can cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

To start a return, email us at dominykasbykovas5@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Condition of returned items
Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, the cost of sending it back is paid by you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal rights under EU consumer law.

Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof that you have sent it), we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We will let you know as soon as your refund has been issued.
